Terms of Service - YaBaby Sales Bots

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YaBaby Sales Bots, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

2. Platform Usage & AI Liability

Our platform provides autonomous AI agents for sales and operational routing. You acknowledge that AI systems may occasionally produce unpredictable or inaccurate results (hallucinations). You are solely responsible for reviewing the actions of your AI agents, configuring their guardrails, and honoring any commercial agreements they enter into on your behalf (up to the limits you set in your dashboard).

3. Billing, Subscriptions & Metered Usage

Access to the platform requires an active subscription. Base subscription fees (e.g., $300/month) are billed in advance. Additional usage (such as premium voice minutes, SMS rates, and telecom routing) is billed on a metered basis against your pre-funded digital wallet. You authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts.

All subscription fees are non-refundable unless legally required otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing portal.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the platform to:

Send unsolicited spam, robocalls, or automated text messages in violation of the TCPA or A2P 10DLC regulations.
Harass, threaten, or defraud individuals or organizations.
Impersonate any person or brand without explicit legal authorization.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account violating this policy without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YaBaby Sales Bots, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the actions of your AI agents.
